The brief
Bezalel Estate needed a single platform where clients can browse estates, choose a unit on the site plan, reserve it and pay in instalments, while agents earn commission on referrals and administrators verify every payment.
What we built
- A cross-platform mobile app (React Native) with client and agent roles
- A web back office for administrators: payments ledger, identity verification, estate and unit management
- Identity (KYC) verification and a payment-attestation flow that records who confirmed each payment, and how
- Interactive site plans with per-unit-type pickers and downloadable estate brochures
- In-app account deletion and privacy controls aligned with the Nigeria Data Protection Act
